liquidity seems plentiful here on freedom island hkg

my ex-british-spy-master and now i-bank/head-hunting next-door neighbor just off-loaded his 1,800 sft abode for some would say inflated usd 4,659 per square foot, in my opinion a reasonable as well as a good price, not too hot, not too cold

they have committed to purchase a lovely and suitably deflated house in the london knightsbridge area, and so their hkg sale is opportune, and they mean to buy a 1,000 sft place here in hong kong in the same neighborhood

as we have no cap gains tax in hkg, their trade of one for two should be cash neutral

i have asked his wife, a painter and designer to do a concept for renovation of my in-laws' place that be across the road, based on which i shall commission architect contractor to do a bang up job in the coming summer so that my in-laws' grandchildren can live in larger and garden-ed place.

i suspect that sucking liquidity exiting the deflating usa is gushing into inflating hong kong, as the larger freedom pretender gushes capital and boost same in our truly small money-rock island
