No; the will of the people is out of step with the Constitution and the Federal government. Not the first time. Courts have to slap the people sometime, just like they have to slap the government.

Just the 10th Amendment. Other than that, nothing at all. Except maybe the 9th and the 14th. I dunno.

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution," definitely do not include immigration and border protection.

"Only those in the country illegally would be fearful of being stopped"

Hard to believe there are still people in the country who are so naive as to believe that.
