lol How about the Fed when a bank dies and it takes off it's head, it should distribute $100M to the surrounding neighborhoods for a 100miles.....just drop it from helicopters, that would be fair and compensate the local taxpayers for their losses and have some chance of stimulating the economy?...is that enough for pain and suffering?<g> LOL.....I think it says that in the new FinReg Law?
