It has taken me most of my life to figure out a
systematic approach to wealth creation via common stocks
that works well enough to continue to do and something that
I hope is teachable to my descendants .. Following thru
will be up to them of course ..

I've divided my investment capital into two portions ..
50% to stocks with a pattern of growth of dividends over time
and 50% to two mechanical approaches to capturing capital
gains that I've developed over the years ..

There are currently +100 stocks in the "growth of dividends"
watch list, 46 of which I currently hold positions .. The idea
is to own them all at some point in an equal dollar amount ..
Funds for new purchases come from a combination of capital
gains from rebalancing of current holdings and dividend income
plus periodic contributions from the "capital gains" portfolio ..

New positions in the "growth of dividends" portfolio are taken
based on highest current yield and the level of 15/50 ema delta
when sufficient funds have been accumulated ..

New positions in the "capital gains" portfolio are taken when
A% is less than 0 on an intra day basis and when A% is less
than -8 on a closing basis .. All positions are equal dollar weighted
and mature at the end of the then current long term capital gains
holding period ( which changes at the whim of
Congress over time ) ..
