As you are no doubt witness to the AAR's actions, we see that the mean time to productivity can be lengthy. Wholly dependent on systemics. Risk for everything is near equal...proof is in the awareness of your own composites in relation to one another. Systemics....guarantee that what your observing, is systemic intent. Companies provide feedback quarterly, some feedback is welcome, other feedback is not. Systemics will have thier way against all feedback as Self interest, it is the only game.
