I know when the order was entered and executed.. however I need
to know when it started *processing* because it'll tell me whether
it took 5 minutes to process or 5 minutes from the time I entered
in the order to when it was processed.

Why do you care? If it was a short as you said then you wouldn't get the commission waived anyway (uptick rule).
