I know that that particular scenario has been speculated on by some of us here on SI, but, to my knowledge, nothing concrete has been brought forth. I agree, that would seem to be the logical move as it would leave the initial float intact, and, as I understand it, would "protect" the public float from price degradation through dilution by forcing the stock to a price level that would have to be ascertained before the warrants are exercised. The above is just speculation on my part.
