lol Hi Dale. Same thing happened to me early Monday. Unfortunately for me I was the first person to pick up the phone and report it. Because of that they thought it was on my end. I went through about 45 minutes of troubleshooting with them. After they had me do a number of things(including trying to launch it on a different computer, deleting files, deleting java and reinstalling it) I agreed for them to go into my account from where they were because the guy was sure it had something to do with my isp connection. When he went into my account and found the same problem they finally agreed that something was wrong on their end!
