What ever it takes, that mosque should never be built.

Yeah, obviously there is lots of public opposition to the mosque. However, I doubt the builders of the mosque care that much about public opinion - if they did they'd have taken a survey beforehand and learnt the obvious, that few want a mosque built near ground zero.

But I doubt there is any legal method to prevent contruction of the mosque. "I don't want them to build that there" doesn't do much for you in court.

I say send in the gay New York dudes who are looking to get married into the mosque each week!
