Jan, no,no, that's why I brought up directors' insurance. There exists a strong possibility that the insurance company(s) will be "paying" all or a substantial amount.

Plus you must consider present value of money.

Plus you have may get some recovery, and keep the shares.

Plus you have to consider that S3 may never recover.

Plus, if the stock is going to take a further hit based on legal matters,(which is now a reality anyway) you might as well get some relief, while you are still holding the stock. Your failure to pursue legally, will not "add value" to your stock will it?

I urge you to at least seek some professional advice on this matter.

These law suits are going to really bind up management. They will not be able to focus on the business as much as they need to. They will settle. And all shareholders in the various periods, are entitled to a portion of this forthcoming settlement.

I think you will find, that the experts will tell you to pursue this class action, if you fall in the time periods.
