Jeff,

1. Lvl 2 is $100.m on Track On Line

2. The bid/ask volume always confuses me too. Still, take Morgan Stanley's bid ask of 24.1x25.1 and volume of 10x10. I cannot believe Morgan had 1,000 people lined up to pay 25 1/8 for ASND. That tells me that's its not actual buyers/sellers who are lined up. What do you think? Any expert in this area?
