FAN (wind ETF) bought again at $10.51, now holding shares bought from $14 to $10. Will buy more at $10, which looks like a floor.

After collapsing in 2008, FAN bottomed at a price not much lower than today. The rebound off those lows has been almost all given back. A year-long downtrend (Sept. 2009 to today) might be coming to an end, though, as we've spent the last 3 months in a tight $11-10 range. Sentiment (macro and sector) is awful, but we aren't setting new lows.

Natgas also looks like it's stopped going down, which is good for wind energy. Floor at $7?
