Which hedge fund managers and traders aren't paying taxes? If they're doing so illegally, you can turn them in and get a reward. "qualified whistleblowers will be entitled to awards of up to 30% of funds that are recovered by the IRS based on information provided by whistleblowers." If you're not going to do this, why not?
