I thought NSCP was gonna get some hit due to Actra acquisition on
Fri, but ended rather strong up 1/4 when the NASDAQ went down more
than 20pts. This is a bullish sign in my opinion.

I believe the acquesition is not good for short term stock price,
but very very good in longer term. Netscape has obviously recognized
rather quickly that the Enterprise market is where the big $$ is.
87% of NSCP 3qt revenue came from big Enterprise deals like Bell
Canada. Although I don't want to repeat what's already on the news.
But, it's very important to recognize the fact that Electronic Commerce business will bring another browser like revolution in
next year or so. Of course Actra, now 100% Netscape, will play a
big role in this 20 billion dollar market.

I also like to note that the revenue shortfall from Europe last
quater will be very likly to close this quater; this was again
in the news. I hope NSCP will blow the estimate big this quater
so I can make some money for a change.

Happy trading everyone!
