"The minute bush was elected he took Clinton's surpluses and instead of using it to pay down the debt, he gave it to the rich." Wait a minute. Is Congress without fault? You could blame everything you want on Bush, and I think you do, but how is it he is so responsible for all this when Congress was/is controlled by another party? You could even go so far as to say that Bush got all he wanted, but Congress still had to approve much of, if not most of that. Gee, and isn't that the same group of folks who control Congress now? And ain't they doin' a fine job!
