10Q is out ...... Cyios actually logged a profit when you take out the paper write off for the stock issued in the quarter......This must be taken right off the bottom line .....Cyios issued 5M to Carnahan and another 550K shares to consultants. Even though there is no cash cost to the company, the value of the stock is written against earnings....A one time charge.....
