Employers don't like to cut staff but its a necessary function when times are tough. My current concern is that this is happening at the wrong time and should have been done a year ago. I would hate to see them cut staff right before their end user market turns up. This would aggravate costs further.

I am not impressed with this company right now but, as I've stated in the past, mergers usually take time to gel. 2 years is not uncommon and is often where you start seeing the true potential of the new entity.

Just my 2 cents....hope all is well on your end (and thanks for keeping up with the posting here, it is much appreciated!).
