The author doesn't care..........that article was from the NRO. All the liberal hysteria over the Gulf played right into the Rs' hands. Obama looked very bad even though he did nothing wrong. No one is saying the disaster in the Gulf was good but the professional left turned it into Armageddon. And the media ran with it.
