Are there examples of Black/Negro cultures, societies or governments that have been successful at maintaining a just, law abiding, productive society? Absolutely none. Is it racist to pose that question? No. It is a valid question. Is it racist to answer it? Of course not. Anyone who is logical already knows the answer. Every metric in existence empirically verifies the non-politically correct truths that we observe in the world around us. Charles Murray and the late Dr. Herrnstein explained everything quite beautifully in The Bell Curve. Genetics determine intelligence. Intelligence dictates behavior. Behavior influences outcomes. To pretend otherwise is foolish.
