I see you are exercising care and trying to avoid defaming Ledoux. Smart move for someone who has otherwise shown a complete disregard for intelligent activity here. Could it be you actually have a few bucks that you do not care to lose? I certainly hope there is nobody behind your attacks on the "desert dirt" companies.

In any event, Naxos is a company that has taken to task those who it felt stated malicious falsehoods against it. It has taken journalists and the Alberta Stock Exchange to court when they made what it felt were false assertions and they essentially backed off (no extortion here; they simply were unable to back up their claims). Contrary to your insinuation, you cann't hide behind the rubric of "opinion" in making undeniably factual assertions. As a Naxos shareholder, I would not recommend Naxos suing you; wouldn't want them to waste the money on someone who is really quite frivolous (unless it turns out you are part of some conspiracy to cast false aspersions on the DDs). However, your vicious attacks against IPM, which I am not a shareholder of, deserve a fair hearing in court given their intensity and your constant polluting of this SI thread, which is the main center for the exchange of ideas about IPM. Maybe after their anticipated report is released, they can take you to task and you will have a lot of explaining to do.

Finally, maybe next time you can answer my post instead of rambling on about unrelated topics. I am one who is willing to hear out anyone who claims that a company I have invested in is a fraud or that the technology they are using is absolutely not feasible. However, the accuser must have a reasonable basis for the accusation and be willing to defend it. I ask again, why has Ledoux failed to deny Naxos' statements in its press releases that Ledoux certified the existence of gold and platinum in Franklin Lake? Also, are you willing to factually assert that Ledoux has been involved in the alleged fraud being perpetrated by Naxos? What about Behre Dohlbear, which is also involved in the Naxos test and recovery process?
