Idiot....I asked the question because I didn't know the answer and I thought you righty rich guys would know whether your trades are reported or not... Everyone of you has thrown up a smoke screen trying to justify not reporting but none of you know what is actually reported. "Because there are paper and electronic records. Account statements showing the transactions. Both individual and brokerage account records can be demanded." You know this???? If so why are those transactions reported to IRS or are they.....you don't know but you're faking it... Audit my ass.....what percentage of returns are audited each year? So why do all of us have to fill out a 1040 but the big guys don't have to report their trades..?? "I don't know what criteria the IRS uses. But audits take place and if someone is simply not reporting income, it only takes one audit to send them to prison." You sound like such a simpleton.....
