Poverty destroys intelligence. Wealth creates intelligence. Negro being poor is at a disadvantage. The Jew discovered very quickly that the way to make money was to know more than the others in that business of taking care of the money of people with whom they were not allowed to compete as people moved to cities at the end of Feudalism. You do this and after a few centuries you have millions of Jews with more intelligence than the people who have been making shoes, constructing cathedrals or being mercenaries in war. Why that? Because the girls would always choose the more successful guy and his success was due to his capacity to make money. The world discovered that and created what we call mass education.- An effort to get all the shirtless -regardless of origin- to a higher level of intelligence. Increasing their intelligence by making them challenge their brain in places called shools.
