I've just completed the review of the annual report and the proxy
to increase outstanding shares from 20 to 50 million .(You don't know
this until page 16 of the proxy!)The first 15 pages relate to
needing these shares to line manage and directors pockets!)I
urge everyone on this thread to read this proxy thoroughly.(you have
to, to figure out what the hell your voting for!).Please post with
your comments so we can vote as a block.I 'd like to know what Malone
(TCI CEO) thinks about a 250% increase in outstanding shares
and what it does to shareholder value.
