$75,000,000 will buy a lot of additional earnings and shares wouldn't increase until the bonds are converted. The market on Monday will let us know what it thinks. With earnings currently growing at 50% or better and the PE at about 32X 1997 earnings and if the acquisitions they make with this money are as good as they have been in the past this money could fuel some tremendous growth. With revenues at a current run rate of about $60+ million this new money will be a huge boost to this companies expansion plans. Not to mention the alliance with Lufthansa and their $26 million investment. If it goes down below $33 a share I'm adding to my holdings.
