I have to disagree with your post.Although I do not give advice on health care,just personal.Oxford did not get where they are by letting other companies beat prices and give better care.I'm sure if the case is like you are saying,Oxford will have a come back plan.AT&T recently gained 30% even though smaller companies such as Nextel and Omnipoint we're offering better prices.And even though this might have been true untill this point,with the new staff member from Aetna(I forgot his name)things should turn around.It could also be that Oxford felt the same way and thats why they let the CFO go.
Even if other comapnies gain strength this does not mean Oxford dosent have more value than present.Any comments?

I noticed that RAYS goes up and down about 1/2 could this be a roller coaster for profit?
