Dear Harold I looked at the wrong S-3, sorry... Well i've looked at the two and they look promising! At first I was bewildered, but after giving it a little thought, it appears to be good news. In the 8-K it shows the issuence of convertable bebentures in the amount of $150k...very odd! Then the real slammer, they issued 5mm shares against claims of an offshore investor. This may be a settlement with the raiders at less than what the crooks could get on the open market. What we need is for a press release from the company clarifying what happened. This is all my... opinion based on no facts...please take it for what it is worth<hg>. Regards Dave U
