For one, they are actually trying to stabilize the country. Unlike Bush who was distracted by Iraq

Yes, you already said that.

You still blame Carter. And LBJ. And FDR. And 2 of the 3 have been dead for decades. But, I suppose since they were Democrats, it is ok...

I think it is fine to blame Bush for the things he is responsible for. The problem is you and Obama want to blame him for everything, and Obama doesn't want to take responsibility for anything bad. Although, miraculously, the sorry son of a bitch has tried to claim credit for ending the Iraq War, which he has opposed consistently and cannot even bring himself to say we "won".

Bush, for example, is no more responsible for the bad economy than you or me. Responsibility rests squarely with Bill Clinton (whether you blame the housing crisis or lack of derivative regulation, Clinton did it). Yet, Obama has consistently blamed him.

I blame LBJ and FDR for programs that direct results of their domestic policy agendas. I do not blame FDR for the Depression, only for prolonging it (and in fairness, he thought he was doing the right thing).
