Da Mayor chocked up during the speech. Was it personal in that he lost somebody in that incident or is it because of his Jewish roots where he feels his Jewish brithers and sisters are bearing the wrath of the Arab world and that he has to do this or it could be as simple as emotion of joy to be in a position to uphold the values enshrined in the Constitution.
