Are you serious? It would be very easy for eugenicists to eradicate all human life in Africa, or anywhere, in a very efficient and expedient way, if the decision was made to do so. Were that to transpire, your "smart, astute, agile Nigerians" would be defined in future history books as over-sexed, disease-prone, sub-humans of low intelligence who (a) did not meet the desirable genetic qualifications, and (b) were promptly removed from the gene pool in the eugenics programs. The reality today is that undesirables of all races are artificially propped up by (a) White altruism, and (b) a relatively small, greedy group of elite Whites who prey on all human weaknesses for profit and power.
