Exactly.. A major, but not total, influence. China has been in a state of near constant (on a longer time scale) civil war between regional power elites. Very similar, in some regards, to what is occurring in Afghanistan and Pakistan. The bottom line that TJ CHOOSES to ignore is that China is neither as evil, nor as pure, as various pundits would have us believe.
