IDTI, I have never seen a chart where the opens are of such wide variance with the previous close as a percentile of the stock price. This stock has an extremely high percentage of thwarted gaps i.e. gaps that don't lead to a continuity of direction. It appears dominated by long upper and lower shadows...very indecisive trading or simply a lot of trading for the sake of trading...short termers etc. In the last 6 or 7 weeks it has generated 6 and is very close to it's 7th MACD signal (in this case a sell). This, from an indicator well known for the infrequency of it's signals. IDTI is nearing it's support of 11 1/8...near term resistance at 12 3/8.
