Frank--I understand that tomorrow's issue of Barron's has an article called Mutual Fund Forum or something, and is a roundtable discusion with Paul Wick from Seligman, somebody from T Rowe Price Science and Technology Fund and somebody else. In it they discuss some of their picks.
Unfortunately, they are not very positive at this time on INTC. I know Wick is well followed, and this may lead to a small selloff on Monday. If so, I will be there waiting to buy a few shares.
Somewhat positive on semiconductor equipment.
Not very positive on CPQ, my current favorite.
They pretty much focused on some of the lesser known (at least compared to INTC) tech stocks, like Teradyne and Parametric Technology. They were very positve on these and a handful of others, but no big names like DELL or SUNW.
I view any more selloffs as buying opportunities in AMAT, INTC, and CPQ.

Regards,

Scooter
