Obama hits new low in Gallup’s daily tracking poll

Obama approval sinks to 42 percent in Gallup’s daily tracking poll. And this didn’t get much play, but earlier in the week Gallup surveyed Americans on how the president was handling a slew of issues. The only issue where Obama has majority support from Americans is his handling of race relations, where 52 percent of the public expressed approval. On the low end, Obama only has the support of 31 percent of Americans when it comes to his handling of the budget deficit and just 29 percent when it comes to immigration.
