Well all your concerns can be met and the tests made and the proof got. One thing I thinks you should realize is that investing like many a judge's decision is based upon the probabilities and not absolutes. If you are going for absolutes in this salted and uncertain world you may wait a long long time. They have hung people on less evidence than there is agianst Naxos and IPM. I have investigated matters like these for 22 years, I did not fall off a turnip truck. I say it from the standpoint of a professional assayer and field worker. I am conversant with the scientific principles at stake here and have done more than casual investigation into them from the standpoint of platinum assaying and recovery.

If you try to trap me into saying or impling that individual a or b is corrupt or any organization has to be involved in a fraud then I won't bite. It doesn't have to be this one or that. And the presence of a particular group is no guarantee that the thing is aboveboard. Kilborn is mute testimony to that fact with good ole Bre-X. Everyubody uses geologists, everybody uses assayers, but fraud goes on and on.
