Backlog Going into 3rd qtr:

1. $1.7M from South America

"We expect to receive payment soon and to commence shipments in accordance with delivery schedules on a previously announced order for DVM-750 systems that we received from a South American country."

2. $1M from domestic orders received but not shipped

"Finally, after locating a new source, supplies of wireless components have been replenished, allowing us to commence deliveries on an approximately $1 million domestic order backlog that was originally expected to ship during the second quarter of 2010"

3. New order received beginning of 3rd qtr - Wisconsin

OVERLAND PARK, KS--(Marketwire - 07/01/10) - Digital Ally, Inc. (NASDAQ:DGLY - News), which develops, manufactures and markets advanced video surveillance products for law enforcement, homeland security and commercial security applications, today announced that it has received a re-order from the Wisconsin State Patrol for its DVM-500 Plus In-Car Digital Video Systems. The order, which is valued at approximately $750,000, represents the largest purchase to date from the State of Wisconsin.
