The August 2010 Hulbert newsletter says Bob Brinker portfolios have outperformed the stock market by over 2% annual over the past 15 years. Brinker also ranks in the top four for performance for the past 10 years and 15 years in the August 2010 Hulbert newsletter survey. This is all in the August Hulbert newsletter.
