Spending has gone from $1.8tril to $3.8 tril per year. What' your time period? And is that continued spending or does that include one offs? Considering the disincentives and distortions of higher tax rates... There are disincentives and distortions from budget deficits also... maybe more. Also I'm arguing against 100% rates here. Oh I thought you are discussing with someone else, not W.Rat.
