< Sure he has - in books.> Right, as I said, that venue is very popular with scientists that are expressing ideas outside science. Doens't mean they are somehow discrimiated against... TONS of scientists do it. As for "science" I guess he hasn't published anything? His ideas probably don't lend themselves to it's limited scope. So? <As for journals, what journal would accept such a paper?> Dunno... don't know what he has. IF it's not science... not many, if any. DAK
