Kind of.Am in Santa Cruz in Bahia.In a house in the Mata Atlantica,on a river 100m from where it hits the Atlantic.Europeans still investing in real estate heavily.Construction costs are high as about 4000 homes are being built in the area with government subsidized housing.Not much change in real estate prices in this area in last year although in Rio de Janeiro up 46% in a year.Have witnessed a Civil war and Revolution in Brazil in the last 20 years.Same coming to the US soon although like Brazil few will notice but lifes will be radically altered.Wall Street scum will lose and capitalism will eventually thrive.Wall Street is not capitalism.The losers will be Wall Street,Banks, Ivy League schools and politics as we know it
