I can see the conversation will go like this: "Hello. This is QNTM IR." "Hi, I'm Joe Blow. I've just seen the WDC announcement. Is QNTM effected?" "OK, listen. I shouldn't be telling you this, but OF COURSE WE ARE EFFECTED. This is the DD industry. But I'm not supposed to tell anyone. So, keep it to yourself. Sell, sell and buy it back after we make the official announcement" Who knows whether the QNTM IR person is right, but if they are being hurt by this, the guy certainly wouldn't tell some individual investor. My guess is that they have a canned "we are comfy with estimates" speech that they give. JMHO. todd
