Especially Rush who wants the country to fail. I don't listen to him much, I might even say just rarely, but I am familiar with this specific issue. He argued that he wanted Obama to fail, because Obama's success would be a failure for the country. Its a strong way of expressing disagreement with Obama's ideas, not a wish for bad things to happen to the country.
