Lot of "ifs" in that question. Rush is only doing the same thing liberals did when they opposed Bush from day one. Any success on the part of Bush was treated as bad news to Democrats, because that meant Bush could continue to push his right-wing agenda. It's petty and trite, but that's partisan politics for you.
