You can claim that the big increase in deficits is from a big decrease and revenues but that's not entirely true.

Revenue in 2009 dropped by 419B from 2008, but the deficit didn't increase by 419B, no it increased by 954B. That means that Odumble is responsible for the difference of a whopping 535B that has nothing to do with decreased revenues.
