Patrick Fitzgerald blows it again. When this federal prosecutor couldn't convict Karl Rove of his obvious treason in outing a CIA agent, despite Karl wearing a big sign that said "I'm guilty as Hell, Nyah, nyah, nyah", I thought it was because he was just another corrupt Republican. Fitzgerald took the scapegoat that Bush offered, Scooter Libby, and Dumbya kept his Turd Blossom, which lessened my previous high opinion of Fitz. Now, he can't convict Blogospheravibitch of trying to sell a Senate seat. True, one juror saved Blogo, but it's Fitz's job to make certain that guy doesn't get on the jury.
