Since May, everyone of the market indices has put in an inverted head and shoulders which typically is bullish. However, this market is so thin its hard to be sure of anything. Right now, I am mostly long.

I am watching the S&P closely today, the day of options expiration. If it can survive not falling below 1064 ( the low reached on July 16), then we could see it going up next week. If it falls then the next stop would be 1050 (June 7th)

Just my thoughts. Looks like at most 3 more weeks of summer swoon.
