dan/ thanks for reply. I called HYE on Friday and very briefly talked to Bowman. Hopefully an info. pkg. will make things a bit clearer - the hye guy had nothing but positives to say re: people at jrg (yates/fairbank). I may be mistaken but my read is that they have experience at running vse companies but don't have fundamental oilpatch experience. disclaimer: hold a purely spec. small position - story sounded intriguing and bo't before looking (usually bad reason). Who knows.........
