Hi folks! I am joining your discussion because I was contacted recently by Barbara Kushel of investor relations at TSIS. Prior to that I had no knowledge of this company but am now doing my D.D.
Part of that process is to read as much of this thread as possible to get a history of current shareholder experiences, hopes and fears. What is immediately apparent is that no matter how promising the business concept, the company obviously is not delivering to it's shareholders. I suggest that the following may shed some light on the issue. It should be obvious that a large segment of the business is comprised of a major Telephone company, it's spin-off (LU) and it's cronies. Immediately that suggests that TSIS is probably engaged in some sort of barter for their services and hence not receiving any revenue. That may or may not prove to be a profitable arrangement--for them, that is. Add to this that two of their clients (Ascend and DEC) are having severe problems of their own and I am hesitant to view TSIS' prospects as favorable in the short term. The final straw for me is that everything I would desire to know about any public company can be found on the internet, either at their website or at the EDGAR site. There is more, of course, but this is enough to keep me on the sidelines for a while.
