I'm hesitant to recommend that anyone trade based on my "recommendation". I mention when I have made a trade myself, then you can draw your own conclusions.

When I was looking at short candidates Friday afternoon, I screened a lot of stocks. Roger's Short Picks is a good thread for ideas. If I had more margin I might have tried DDIM, IAIC and SYNT, all based on Y2K hype. Jon Tara also mentioned a list of semi-equipment companies there which have had recent runups and could reverse: TER, CMOS and ASYT. Personally I would wait a little while longer and see where the overall market is going, and whether these stocks will follow.

Be careful shorting, keep a close eye on your margins and be ready to ride out a squeeze to hold a position more than a few days.

Last word - after a closer look at YURI, I think it will be a profitable play over the next several weeks. I don't see anything holding it up unless one of the big boys like LU actually starts paying them some real money.

Good luck.
