As of today, it is not to late to save S3. Despite the problems the company still has a decent balance sheet, above average engineering talent, a fab interest, leading market share, economies of scale, great customer list, ... There are many positives. However, all these positives are rapidly falling by the wayside under current management. At status quo, in six months from now I think you will have to erase most of the items from the list of positves above, cause they will be gone.
