That's what I thought based on experience and judgment. A larger older population is not cheaper.... it would be more expensive. Prevention and staying healthy are good for individuals, but it won't decrease the sum total of healthcare costs.

Smokers! They are overtaxing and BS-ing you! You SAVE uncle Sam a ton of Medicare and SS dollars! Demand a refund!.... :)
